Northern Voices A Cappella is more than just an a cappella ensemble, it is a unique family of treble singers of all ages who find a rewarding, exciting, and supportive environment in which to express themselves through music. Discover a place you can thrive - a place we can connect through the love of music and have a great time in the process! We enjoy getting together each week, sharing friendship as well as great music. Our rehearsals on Thursday nights are always open to visitors – a perfect way to learn more about us. You’ll have the opportunity to hear us perform four-part a cappella harmony and join us on the risers. Reasons to Join
Learn to Sing! From the moment you join Northern Voices A Cappella on the risers, you'll learn to develop your singing voice in a friendly, fun, supportive atmosphere! We sing all types of music including Pop, Broadway, beautiful ballads, fun uptunes and more.
Learning doesn't stop at weekly rehearsals. As a member of Northern Voices A Cappella and Sweet Adelines International (SAI), you'll be invited to attend a variety of educational sessions. These include our chorus retreat, as well as Sweet Adelines' sponsored Regional education weekends that are held at varying New England locations. You'll learn everything from vocal production and breathing techniques to showmanship, energized motion, acting for singers, emotional connectiion and much more from some of SAI's finest coaches.
